What You Need Before Starting
To ensure a smooth transition to in-home care, please have the following ready:
Physician's Order
A valid order from your treating physician (such as a primary care doctor or surgeon) prescribing in-home wound care services.
Insurance Information
Your current insurance cards, including Medicare Part B or any accepted Medicare Advantage plans, so coverage can be verified.
Coverage Verification
